Lärka is a modern jewellery brand founded by designer-maker Sarah Sanderson. Each item that leaves Lärka is designed and meticulously handcrafted by Sarah.
DELIVERY
- Orders Under £20 - 1st Class | £2.00 (please allow 1 - 3 days)
- Order over £20 - Royal Mail Tracked | £3.80 (Please allow 2 - 4 days for delivery)
- UK Special Next Day Delivery (Please allow 1-2 days for delivery) | £7.50
- EU orders - Standard Tracked | £12 (not currently available)
- International Orders - Standard Tracked | £15 (not currently available)
SHIPPING TIMES
Your jewellery is made to order and is usually dispatched within 3 - 5 working days. For urgent items please email me or leave a note and I will do my best to accommodate your request. During busy periods lead times may be extended up to 7 days but I will always get in touch if anything takes longer than usual.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours via email as cancelled orders which have already shipped may incur additional charges. Please email larka.jewellery@gmail.com.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not exchange earrings for hygiene reasons unless there is a manufacturing fault but if you’d like to exchange any other item for whatever reason, you may do so within 21 days of receiving your piece of jewellery. All pieces must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and in original packaging before an exchange can be given. Return shipping costs back to us will be at your own expense.
SAMPLE/ SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on bespoke orders and sample/ sale items these are usually heavily discounted.
